Description

JACKSON HILL PARK BOAT RAMP REPAIR, SAM RAYBURN LAKE, TEXAS W9126G-06-T-0026 Point of Contact: Andrea Wells, Contract Specialist, (817) 886-1061. Construct a steel reinforced concrete boat ramp approach with two steel reinforced concrete grade beams above the existing concrete boat ramp and construct Traffic Control Island near Boat Ramp Parking Entrance at the Jackson Hills Park Boat Ramp, Sam Rayb urn Project, Broaddus, Texas as specified in accordance with plans and specifications. The Contractor shall furnish all supplies and materials as required by individual specifications. Complete the entire work ready for use not later than sixty (60) calen dar days after commencement of construction. The Davis-Bacon Act wage determination is applicable. Estimated Construction Range: Between $25,000 & $100,000. Solicitation will issue on 23 January 2006. Bids will be due 10 February 2006 by close of business (4:00 PM), central time. Duration of project 60 calendar days. The North American Industrial C lassification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this project is 237310. Small Business Size Standard is $28,500,000.00. All qualified business concerns may submit offers. Offers from large business firms must comply with FAR Clause 52.219-9 regarding th e requirement for submission of a subcontracting plan. The Fort Worth District subcontracting goals are for specified percentages of the contractors total planned subcontracting amount to be placed with the following: Small Business 43%; Small Disadvant ages Business, 16.5%; Women-Owned Small Business, 5.7%; Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, 1.5%; and HUBZone Small Business, 8.0%. The plans and specifications will be issued on the Internet only. Plans and specifications will not be provided in a paper hard copy format. Notification of amendments shall be made through the Internet. The Government reserves the right to use only the Internet as notification of any changes to this solicitation.
