- The United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO) for Texas Contracting Office intends to negotiate on a sole source basis to Alignment Express under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b) Soliciting From a Single Source. The object of this requiremen t is for a portable laser alignment set with a minimum of 2 days training. Based on the market research, the USPFO for Texas has not identified any other sources that can provide the required laser alignment set. The anticipated award date of this ord er is on or about fifteen (15) days from the date of this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement, in writing, no later than th e response date. Written responses to this notice shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bona fide capability to fulfill the requirement. A determination by the Government whether to compete this proposed requirement based upon response to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government.
