- This Requisition is for a firm fixed price contract. NSN: 1730-01-029-6753 P/N: 68D390013-10030001 Noun: Screen Aircraft Ground. QTY: Basic 4ea. Options: 4- (1 year 1-10ea. qty) for a total 5-year qty of 44ea. FIRST ARTICLE REQUIRED. The approximate solicitation date will be 13 AUG 2005 with the approximate response date of 13 SEPT 2005. Solicitation will be available for viewing or downloading at www.fedbizopps.gov only. No telephone requests. NO HARD COPIES WILL BE ISSUED. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered. This acquisition may/does involve technology that has a military or space application.The only US contractors who may participate are those that are certified and registered with DLSC ( 1-800-352-3572) and have a legitimate business purpose. US contractors must submit a copy of their current approved DD form 2345 with their request for password access. To Request this certification, write to the commander, Defense Logistics Services Center, ATTN: DLSC- FEB, Federal Center, Battle Creek, MI 49017-3084 and request a copy of DD form 2345 or call DLSC at the above number. The data package will be made available to the data custodian identified in block 3 of the DD form 2345.
