- Description
- THIS MODIFICATION EXTENDS THE RESPONSE DATE TO 1/04/2006. The Postal Service is replacing its QuickSilver authoring tool with Adobe FrameMaker (v7.2). To complete this implementation, existing Quicksilver documents must be converted to FrameMaker documents. Once converted, these FrameMaker documents will then be used to generate press-ready materials for hardcopy publication, as well as PDF and Section 508 compliant HTML files for posting on-line.
