- GSA Oklahoma District Office is soliciting proposals for Lawn and Grounds Maintenance Service, Oklahoma City Service Center, Oklahoma City OK. The Contractor must provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, repair parts, tools and equipment and shall plan, schedule, coordinate effective performance of all services. This procurement includes but is not limited to: 1) Mowing and Trimming, 2) Fertilizing, 3) Edging, 4) Policing Grounds, 5) Pruning Shrub, Hedges and Trees, and 6) Pest Control. This project is a fixed price contract. Unit prices will be taken for the Base Year (year one) and four (4) Option Years. Contract will be awarded based on best value to the government. Two evaluation factors will be used. Technical (which includes Past Performance and experience of the Firm) and Price. Therefore the government reserves the right to award the contract to an offeror other than the one proposing the lowest price. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 561730 with a small business size of $6M. This is an unrestricted proposal. The solicitation should be available for download on or about 29 December 2005 via the Federal Business Opportunities web page at www.eps.gov. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the website for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. A Pre-Solicitation Conference will be held on or about 24 January 2006 beginning 0930 at the Federal Building, 215 Dean A. McGee Ave 3rd Floor Conference Room. Reservations are required.
