- The Contractor will provide all labor, materials, supplies, equipment and supervision to renovate the Transportation Security Administration Office located at the Juneau International Airport, in Juneau, Alaska. Work will be performed in accordance with contract clauses, drawings and specifications. Estimated magnitude of this project is $40,000.00. Interested contractors must submit a request for plans and specifications by fax (907) 271-1941 or e-mail to the Contracting Officer, christine.scott@gsa.gov. Your request must include the following information: Business Name, Point of Contact, Company address and phone number and the Soliciation number (GS10P06XJP3010). The point of contact for any questions concerning the specifications and technical questions or site visits should be directed to Tim Sanders @ 907-271-3088. The contractor will also be required to have security background clearances on all employees that will be working on this project once the award is made. The proposals are due NLT February 17, 2006 by 4:00 p.m. Alaska Time. There will be no exceptions to this due date, so make sure that you request this solicitation package in a timely matter in order to prepare your proposal by the due date. Any changes to this solicitation will be done by an amendment to the this solicitation and will be posted on this website.
