- NAICS Code: 334513 Amendment 1 to RFQ-OH-06-00046 The purpose of this amendment is to clarify the lysimeter requirement. US EPA requires four (4) lysimeter vessels. Therefore, the SOW and all attachments are changed to indicate that this procurement if for 4 lysimeter vessels. The RFQ is also amended to reflect the correct size of the lysimeters. Each lysimeter stack is to be a height of ten (10) feet. In addition to the changes in the specifications, the following clauses are added to the RFQ: EPAAR 1552.233-70 Notice of Filing Requirements for Agency Protests; and 1552.211-79, Compliance with EPA Policies for Information Resource Management.
