- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) will hold an industry briefing on 2 February 2006 from 1200 to 1500, local time, at the Naval Station Pearl Harbor, Pearl Harbor, HI in Building 2, Room 106. The purpose of this briefing is to discuss the Navy's plan to issue solicitations for execution planning, accomplishment of CNO scheduled Non-dry docking availabilities and continuous/emergent maintenance requirements for DDG, FFG, and CG Class ships homeported in and visiting Pearl Harbor, FL. The Navy asks that firms interested in attending the briefing submit notification via e-mail to Linda Burlingame at Linda.Burlingame@navy.mil no later than January 23, 2006. Notification should include company name and name(s) of attendee(s). Any questions concerning the pre-solicitation conference are to be submitted no later than January 23, 2006 via e-mail to Linda Burlingame at Linda.Burlingame@navy.mil.
