Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. We have a requirement for the leasing, maintenance, and delivery of occupational uniforms for White Sands Missile Range Garrison personnel. Each individual set of uniforms shall consist of either: a. 10 Mens work shirts and 10 pairs of trousers, or b. 12 Mens work shirts and 12 pairs of trousers, or c. 10 womens work shirts and 10 pairs of trousers, or 12 womens work shirts and 12 pairs of trousers. Refer to the Army Contracting Agency White Sands Missile Range Directorate of Contracting Current Solicitations and Sources Sought page at http://www.wsmr.army.mil/docpage/pages/sol_stat.htm for the scope of work and accompanying appendixes. Appendix 1 lists the various delivery loc ations and shirts/trousers to be dropped/picked up at each site. Appendix 2 lists the FY06 federal holidays. Appendix 3 contains definitions. Appendix 4 contains the Performance Requirements Summary. Also on the Current Solicitations and Sources Sought page you will see the Proposal Summary link. This form should be filled out and accompany your proposal. The Proposal Summary is being used instead of FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items. There will be 11 contract l ine item numbers (CLINS) listed on the Proposal Summary as follows: work shirt 65/35, work pants 65/35, denim pants, shirts 100% cotton, pants 100% cotton, shirt dress denim, shirt western chambray, shirt cotton dress twill, denim jeans, 100% cotton stat ic free work shirt, and 100% cotton static free work pants. Award will be made to a single offeror. This requirement is set aside 100% for small business. The applicable NAICS code is 812331 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. If you are selected, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) (http://www.ccr.gov/) in order to receive the award. If you are not in the CCR at the time we are ready to make the award, you will be disqualified. Payment will be made by Government Credit Card. Your price shall be inclusive of all charges to provide the uniforms. Inspection and acceptance shall be at destination.
