- REPAIR: This acquisition to obtain a requirements type contract for repair of the following two items applicable to the HH-60G helicopter: (1) NSN: 1680-01-399-1284GC, Noun: External Rescue Hoist, P/N BL27100-185, Quantity: Basic Year best estimated quantity (BEQ) of 34 ea and four annual out year options with a BEQ of 34 ea for each of the four option year periods; (2) NSN: 1680-01-411-0562GC, Noun: Hoist Control Box, P/N EC10000-70, Quantity: Basic year best estimated quantity (BEQ) of 7 ea and four annual out year options with a BEQ of 7 ea for each of the four option year periods. The proposed contract action is sole source to Transtechnology Breeze Eastern, Cage Code: 08484. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Government does not own the technical data. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be posted at http://www.fbo.gov.
