- The Portland Veterans Affairs Medical Center is seeking information on property availability and lease costs for Class ?A? medical Office space to be used as outpatient clinic and mental health offices. Approximately 22,000 square feet of space over a 20 year period located within the following area: Northwest Corner: The intersection of Glencoe Road and US 26; North Planes, OR Northeast Corner: The intersection of NW Cornell Road and NW Thompson Road; Portland, OR Southeast Corner: The intersection of Pacific Highway W and Interstate 5; Portland, OR Southwest Corner: The intersection of OR 219 and SW Tongue Lane; Hillsboro, OR The space shall be available, including any required tenant improvements, within 270 days of signing the lease. Additionally, the space shall have access to both light rail and other modes of mass transit and also include 100 dedicated parking spaces, consisting of 4 handicapped spaces and 96 regular parking spaces. Replies to this notice should be received at the address below no later than 4:00 PM, Friday, January 13, 2006 and must include the company or individual?s name, telephone number, a description of the property, general lease costs (on a square foot per year basis), and availability. This is a request for information only. If a decision is made to proceed, a second notice providing a specific information on the proposal procedure will be published.
