Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 3200 Vine Street, Cincinnati, Ohio intends to procure, the supplies of Iodine _ 125 Seeds to be used in their Prostrate Brachytherapy Program. Solicitation is for a fixed price requirement contract. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS is 325412 and the small business size is 750 employees. The simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13 will be used in conjunction with the commercial item procedures in FAR Part 12. The basic period of the contract will be from the date of award through 30 September 2006 and will include (1) one year option. The solicitation will be sent to all interested parties on or about 12 January 2006. Anyone wanting to receive the solicitation must send an email to our office NLT close of business 10 January 2006.
