Approved source(s): Parkway Products Inc., CAGE 68922, Hoerbiger America Rings & Packing, CAGE 6R666. Origin inspection required. FOB Destination. IAW QAP E06. Government First Article Testing is required. Requested delivery is 320 days aro (90 days FAT report due, 90 days government approval, 140 days production delivery). This NSN is a critical application item and is not commercial. Solicitation will result in a firm fixed price contract with a 100% quantity option. Solicited unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. Requested quantity is 2368 each for the base and option quantity.
