Solicitation will include a term of base year plus four option years. FOB Destination required, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Critical application item. First Article Testing applies. Quantity variance is plus or minus 5%. There are five approved sources of supply: Electro Methods, Inc. (33617); Modern Industries, (60819); Union Machine (51992); Tool Sales and Service Inc. (28884); and Moeller Mfg., Co. (08244). This solicitation is 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside (SDVOSB). Only offers from SDVOSB will be considered. The Government's required delivery schedule is 165 DARO for Stock. First Article Testing requirements are included. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are available and cannot be furnished by the Government on the NSN. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
