- The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia is seeking proposals from business entities interested in participating in an unrestricted, Direct Vendor Delivery (DVD), Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) commercial acquisition under FAR 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. NSN, 4230-01-101-3611,.is a Filter Assembly Fan, which is manufactured by the sole approved source Hunter Manufacturing Co. by Warner Robins ALC. Solicitation SP0530-06-R-0008 is expected to be issued January 26, 2006 with an estimated closing date of February 23, 2006. The proposed acquisition is for a total estimated annual quantity of 22 EA, for approximately $173,910 per year. Delivery is to CONUS locations, source inspection is required. Delivery schedule is for 180 days. The acquisition will be solicited as an IDPO. The Minimum Ordering Quantity is 1 EA and the Maximum Ordering Quantity is 15 EA. The IDPO will have a 2-year base. The solicitation will be evaluated with Past Performance and Price of EQUAL IMPORTANCE. This acquisition is for supplies that the government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore the government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304c(1).
