Description

The VA Connecticut Healthcare System has a requirement for an Elevator Inspection Service Contract, that will be effective from November 1, 2005 through October 31, 2006, with three option years. Offerors must provide a filled in Representations and Certifications Section (in the contract), a copy of their CCR registration, the pricing sheet, and a detailed response to all the evaluation factors as printed in the contract. Any technical questions are to be Faxed to Mark Reveaux at 203-937-4994 until October 20, 2005. Offers, together with documents in support of your qualifications are to be received by this officer by October 28, 2005. Emailed responses are not acceptable.
