- Description
- The Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, MS intends to issue a sole source award to Marine Systems Technology, Inc., North Falmouth, MA, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The requirement is for two (2) each Model 3831RH Strobe Heads, 10,000 psi, for SAMS II Survey System. Required items are manufactured by Marine Systems Technology, Inc. and must be exact form fit function to interface with existing systems. This action is being conducted in accordance with FAR 12 and FAR 13. NAICS 541330 with business size of $4.0M applies. A firm fixed-price purchase order is anticipated. This synopsis is published for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. Any inquiries concerning this requirement are to be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See Note 22.
