- Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, MD has a requirement for HEAT Maintenance Software Subscription for Base Year and 1 Option Year. The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Frontrange Solutions USA Inc., 1125 Kelly Johnson Blvd., Colorado Springs, CO 80920, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested parties may submit a capability statement to the Government for the purpose of determining whether to initiate a competitive procurement. The Government will consider all capability statements received in response to this notice. The government reserves the right to process this procurement as a sole source based on the responses received. Lack of registration in the CCR database and pursuance to DFAR 252.204-7004 Alt A, will make an offeror ineligible for award. Please ensure compliance with this registration when submitting your statement.
