- The Norfolk District Corps of Engineers, phone number (757) 201-7736/7735, is offering for sale approximately 74,000 board feet of standing white pine and 70 board feet of standing red maple, 149 tons of softwood pulp, and .2 tons of hardwood pulp on approximately 17 acres at Tully Lake Park, Royalston, Massachusetts. The total number of items for this sale is one (1). The timber to be sold may be inspected by prospective purchasers on Monday January 9, 2006 at 8:00 am. Prospective bidders are to m eet at the yellow access gate on route 68. Sealed bids will be accepted until 2:00 p.m., January 19, 2006, by the Acquisition, Management and Disposal Section, Real Estate Branch, Norfolk District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, 803 Front Street, Norfolk, Virginia 23510-1096. Then and there the bid(s) will be publicly opened and announced.
