- This is a sources sought for HubZone Companies. The anticipated FFP and T&M Hybrid Contract will be a 7 month base period plus 4 one year options. The Government intends to issue an RFP in the March 06 timeframe. A draft PWS, technical specificatio ns, and proposed labor categories description are available via email by POC. Suggestions for improvement of the PWS is encouraged. Prospective offerors should submit a capability package using format under Note 25. The acquisition is a HubZone Set Asid e under Note 27.
