- Ft Myer Military Community Grounds Maintenance Service for Ft Myer, VA and Ft McNair, Washington DC The US Army Contracting Agency, Capital District Contracting Center, Ft Belvoir, VA intends to issue a solicitation by 22 December 2005 for Grounds Maintenance Service for Ft Myer, VA and Ft McNair, Washington DC. The work consist of trimming, edging, cut ting grass, Snow Removal, Plant Bed Maintenance and all required services thereto in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The proposed solicitation is total HUB Zone set aside. Prospective Offerors must be registered at DOD Central Contractor Register (CCR) database and must be HubZone certified in order to be awarded a resultant contract from this solicitation. Interested sources are responsible for frequent review to the ASFI or FedBizOpps websites for any changes or update to the solicitati on after issuance to keep current on amendment or changes thereto.
