Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. There are presently no funds available for this purchase. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is set-aside for small business only. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 541380, Size Standard $10M. Solicitation/Purchase Request number F2BGNB5350A100 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-06 effective 30 Sept 2005. If funded the Government intends to award one contract line item number (CLIN 0001) Services Non-Personal-Contractor to provide all tools, labor, equipment, materials and transportation necessary to perform Whole Effluent Toxicity (WET) testing and Waste Water Testing for New Boston Air Force Station, NH In Accordance With technical specifications provided on the Statement of Work. Contractor must be certified by the State of New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services for each analytical test required. All laboratory work must adhere to ?Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Wastewater?, in the U.S. EPA guidelines of 40 C.F.R. Pickup day will be agreed upon both parties. Period of Performance, 1 Jan 2006 through 30 June 2006. FOB: Destination. Inspection and Acceptance: Destination. If funded, the following provisions and clauses apply to this procurement: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; FAR 52.237-2 and FAR 52.209-6. In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(a)(2) offerors are notified that award will be made on the basis of price. Offerors will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 13.106-2.
