- The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting quotes under Solicitation No. VA-786-06-RQ-0020 for the following supply item: Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, and materials necessary to furnish and deliver, F.O.B. Destination 2,000 white marble columbarium niche covers for Ft. Rosecrans National Cemetery, San Diego, CA in accordance with the specifications, drawing, terms and conditions of the contract.
