Description

PR No: RD052700150000. This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for an Overhaul Parts Kit Valve, P/N 40714, REV ?C? DTD 04-24-61, B-52 ACFT. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. There is one approved source of supply: Whittaker Controls Inc., Cage 79318. The NSN, Part Numbers, and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: NSN 2915-00-630-1245; P/N 40714, REV ?C? DTD 04-24-61; Base Year AEQ: 376 each, Option Year AEQ: 376 each. Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Destination 274 days ARO. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. In accordance with 10 U. S. C. 2304 (c) (3), other than full and open competition applies. Reference notes 23 and 26.
