- Solicitation SP0750-06-R4104 is a 100% Hubzone set-aside for NSN 2540-00-121-9082, Accessory Kit, Vehicle IAW TACOM drawing 19207 10871302 and all related data for a quantity of 264 KT which includes a 100% Option Quantity (possible 264 KT total) which may or may not be exercised at a later date. There is a First Article Test requirement: 3 units, 60 days. Requested delivery with FAT is 210 days ADO. Requested delivery without FAT is 120 days. Delivery to a stock location. NSN requires ORIGIN inspection and acceptance and FOB Destination. Quotations must be submitted in written form. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of January 13, 2006 at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. The solicitation WILL NOT be available before the issue date. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. ALL RESPONSIBLE SOURCES MAY SUBMIT AN OFFER, WHICH SHALL BE CONSIDERED. See Numbered Note(s): 9, 26 and 27.
