- Description
- The purpose of this amendment is to (1) correct a clerical error on Appendix 1 and (2) clarify the Pre-Proposal process. "Appendix 1 - Preproposal Instructions" is hereby changed to read "Appendix 1 - Proposal Instructions". The Preproposal process is clarified as follows: Offerors interested in submitting a Preproposal shall complete "Appendix 4 - Preproposal Form" and submit it to Mr. Lawrence Mitchell at lawrence.mitchell@pentagon.af.mil. No additional white paper or information is required for the Preproposal. ALSO, OFFERORS ARE REMINDED PREPROPOSALS MAY BE SUBMITTED ANYTIME PRIOR TO THE REPONSE DATE OF 20 OCTOBER 2006. OFFERORS ARE HIGHLY ENCOURAGED TO SUBMIT THEIR PREPROPOSALS BEFORE THE RESPONSE DATE. The BAA 06-01 Appendices (“BAA 06-01 Appendices Final”) will be updated as indicated above. Please contact Capt Gretchen Clohessy at gretchen.clohessy@bolling.af.mil or Ms. Eleanor Palmer at eleanor.palmer@bolling.af.mil for a copy of the updated file. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (15-DEC-2005); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
