- Description
- The U.S. Army TACOM-Picatinny Center for Contracting and Commerce, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ has a requirement for the manufacture, inspection, testing and delivery of 40MM M1029 Multiple Ball Cartridges. This requirement will contain a base year quantity as well as four one-year options. Additionally, the purchase of the Technical Data Package (TDP) will be included in this effort. It is the Government’s intent to satisfy this requirement by awarding a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis to Defense Technology Corporation, Casper, WY. The authority being utilized is FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be available on or about 21 October 2005 at http://procnet.pica.army.mil. See Numbered Notes 22 and 26. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (07-SEP-2005).
