- Services Non-Personal: The contractor shall, except as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), provide all personnel, supervision, material, labor, equipment, transportation, and any other items or services necessary to provide Refuse Collection and Recycling Services base-wide and in Military Family Housing (MFH) at Tinker AFB, OK, as defined in the PWS. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the PWS; conform to professional standards identified in the contract; and shall follow all applicable instructions and directives as detailed in the PWS. Period of Performance is 1-Basic Year and four 1-year options. A Commercial Firm Fixed Price type contract is being contemplated for this requirement. This requirement has been set-aside 100% for Competitive 8a small business. Destination: Tinker AFB, OK. The Request for Proposal (RFP), FA8101-05-R-0015, will be posted on this website and issued via fax/email to those that have expressed an interest to the Point of Contact (POC) listed below. Approximate issue date of the solicitation is 20 July 2005 and approximate response date for bids is 19 Aug 2005. The Contractor is required to be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database and in Online Certifications and Representations Application (ORCA) prior to award. Contractors can obtain additional CCR registration information by calling 1-888-227-2423 or may register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov.
