- NAICS Code: 514191 This is a notice of intent, only, not a request for quote. The Office of Environmental Information intends to award a sole source renewal contract to Corporate Executive Board's Infrastructure Executive Council (IEC) for online access to research briefs, strategic research library and database, business technology support desk and membership meetings in support of the CIO. The OEI requirement is for council membership, which provides access to IT infrastructure initiatives, research case study materials from the Council's website and services, comprised of industry and public sector leaders in the IT infrastructure. The research will be used to educate internal constituencies, as a catalyst for consensus building among business leaders, and as part of the curriculum for the leadership development of "high-potential" IT staff and direct reports at EPA. This noncompetitive action will be processed in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 (Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy Agency requirements). Corporate Executive Board Infrastructure Executive Council allows direct interaction, on a strategic agenda set by its members ( and not directly by the EPA), allowing synthesis of real life situation in executive iteration not available through other sources . OEI plans to issue this requirement as a firm fixed price purchase order utilizing FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR 13 Simplified Acquisitions, which will be awarded to Corporate Executive Board's Infrastructure Executive Council 2000 Pennsylvania Ave., NW Suite 2006 Washington, DC 20006 .The period of performance one year. Written responses must be submitted via e-mail only to: brunsman.andrea@epa.gov, by 10:00 AM, EST on December 22, 2005. Telephone inquires will not be accepted. This is a modification from the original posting for this requirement. The due date for comments is now changed from 12/28/05 to 12/12/05 at 10 AM EST.
