- This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the Format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Reference Number N4223753470506 is issued as a request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. This solicitation is One Hundred percent Set-aside for Small Business. NAICS 212312. The Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay Georgia requires Lime Rock Road Base material with three-fourth aggregate for the foundation of a large concrete pad located at the Trident Refit Facility, Naval Submarine Base, Kings Bay, Ga. Delivery needs to begin no later than 30 January 2006 and should be completed by 17 February 2006. The total quantity needed is 1700 Tons.
