- Description
- The Government intends to negotiate a labor-hour type of contract for administrative and support services. This requirement calls for the contractor to provide General/Medical Clerk III positions (1st shift, 2nd shift and 3rd shift) as required by the Naval Medical Center Portsmouth (NMCP), Virginia. This is a Performance Based Services procurement that is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 561110. The size standard is $6.0 million. The period of performance consists of a base period of eight months with four twelve month option periods. The anticipated start date is Fenruary 1, 2006. This requirement is a follow-on to N00189-05-F-0095 awarded to Professional & Technical Services, Inc., DBA End to End Technical Services, Inc., 415 Port Centre Parkway, Suite 102, Portsmouth, VA 23704-4924. The acquisition method will be source selection procedures with an award based on the best value concept. The solicitation, any documents related to this procurement, and all amendments issued will be in electronic form. When the Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued, it may be downloaded by accessing http://www.neco.navy.mil or at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. This office no longer issues hardcopy solicitations. By submitting a quote, the offeror will be self certifying that neither the principal corporate officials or owners are currently suspended, debarred or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal Agency. The Contracting Officer reserves the right to conduct verbal or written discussions with respect to other than price with the offerrors at anytime prior to award.
