- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City, Florida intends to solicit Kontron America, 14118 Stowe Drive, Poway, California 92064-7147 on a sole source basis for twenty one (21) each CPCI3U COMPUTER PRWB, P/N:7648271-1 electronic components. The subsystems that were upgraded were the Control/Display, Recording, VCOMM and Navigation. The purpose of this evolution was to upgrade some of the existing outdated electronic systems with current state-of-the-art components. The electronic components must be exactly match the configuration of the existing fielded systems for interchangeability and in order to maintain the current logistic support. Therefore, this acquisition is unsuitable for full and open competition. Delivery will be to the Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City, Panama City, FL 32407-7001. NAICS Code 334111 applies. SBA Size Standard is 750 employees. FSC is 5975. A request for quotation will be utilized in awarding this action on or about 10 January! 2006.
