- Description: THIS IS A ?SOURCES SOUGHT? NOTICE FOR 8(a), HUB ZONE, AND SERVICE DISABLED VETRAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES. The purpose of this notice is to determine the set-aside for this prospective procurement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 238160, and the size standard is $12,000,000.00. Therefore, to qualify as a Small Business for this procurement a contractor's average annual gross revenues for the last 3 fiscal years must be $12,000,000.00 or less. The project title is "Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) for Roofing for the Pensacola Region?, which includes NAS Pensacola, NTTC Corry Station, Saufley Field, NAS Whiting Field, Naval Station Panama City, and Various Outlying Landing Fields and Reserve Centers Located in Florida and Alabama. This procurement will be a single solicitation resulting in the award of three or more IDIQ MACC Contracts to the responsible offerors whose proposal, conforming to the RFP will be most advantageous to the Government. The ?Best Value? contractors will be selected for the award of either the seed project and/or the award of one of three or more contracts with a minimum guarantee of $25,000.00 to each successful offeror over the full term of the contract to include the base and three option years. The expected not-to-exceed value of this procurement is $8,000,000.00. The work will be ordered by individual task order on an "as needed as required basis". Task orders may range in value from $2,000.00 to $1,500,000.00, with multiple simultaneous orders at various locations possible. Projects assigned will use the Multiple Award Construction Contract approach to scope and price the work. After award of the initial contracts, three or more contractors will compete for task orders based on best value, low price, or low price technically acceptable to the Government basis. This project will include repair and/or replacement of the following roof systems and associated work: A. BUILT-UP ROOF B. MODIFIED BITUMEN ROOF C. EPDM SINGLE-PLY ROOF D. ASPHALT SHINGLE ROOF E. TILE ROOF F. METAL ROOF G. SPRAYED POLYURETHANE FOAM (SPF) ROOFING H. WATERPROOF ELASTOMERIC ROOF COATING Prospective 8(a), Hub Zone and SDVOSB offerors that are interested in this solicitation should provide the following information by e-mail to thomas.parenteau@navy.mil no later than 05 January 2006: A.
