PRON: AX6F0083, NSN: 1560-01-115-3581, PN: 274648-1, Quantity: 126 each applicable to the UH-60 Blackhawk. FOB Origin with delivery to New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery is 126 each 90 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This item is restricted to Parker Hannifin Corporation, Cage Code 82106 because the data needed to procure this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequat e specifications. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged t o identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under CAPSAR (Comprehensive Automated Process for Source Approval Request) and Policy Relating to Source Approval Request (SAR) for Aviation Requirements.
