Description

The Government is conducting Market Research to determine if Federal Prison Industries (FPI) products are comparable to products from the private sector in terms of price, quality, and time of delivery for the Wiring Harness, NSN 6150015024322. If F PI is not deemed comparable, the requirement will be competed. Interested parties may contact Sylvia Just, justs@ria.army.mil, phone 3097821058 or fax 3097826346 by 30 Dec 2005. A five year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract is contemplate d. Guaranteed quantity is 107. The following are the anticipated quantities: FY 07 44; FY 08 53; FY 09 60; FY 10 59; FY 11 61. Item is 71 inches long with connector on each end. End Item is OH-58D Kiowa. FOB is Destination New Cumberland, PA. E stimated issue date is 30 Jan 2006. The solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102. Therefore, hard copies will not be provided.
