- Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the U.S. Army Natick Contracting Division, Kansas Street, Natick, Ma on behalf of the United States Army Soldier Systems Center, Natick, Ma, intends to negotiate and award a purchase order on a sole source basis wi th the University of Massachusetts Lowell, 883 Broadway Street, Room 201, Lowell, Ma 01854-3629, for services performing statistical and data analyses. Nothing herein should be misconstrued as a request for proposal. No solicitation document is available . See Note 22 which reduces the response time to 7 days.
