Description: Request for Quote to deliver dry ice to Martin Army Community Hospital, Department of Pathology, Fort Benning, GA 31905. The Government anticipates to award a Purchase Order for delivery of 100 lbs of dry ice weekly on Monday. The request for quote will be available on or about 16 December 2005 on the Army S ingle Face to Industry (AFSI) website (http://www.acquisition.army.mil) and the Fort Benning DOC website at www.benning.army.mil/doc at no cost. It is the offerors responsibility to check the web site daily for any and all amendments to this request for quote. All responsible offerors may submit a response, which, if timely received, will be considered by the agency. All offers must be received not later than 10:00 A.M. local time 30 Dec 2005.
