- The 10th Mission Support Group, Directorate of Contracting United States Air Force Academy, Colorado, intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to Randolph Technologies, Inc., P.O. Box 1000, Flanders, NJ 07836-1000. The requirement is to acquire a Autopol V six wavelength automatic microprocessor based polarimeter measuring optical rotation. This synopsis is informational only and is not a request for competitive proposals. However, vendors interested in providing an offer, must be able to demonstrate in writing by 23 Dec 05, their capability to provide a Autopol V six wavelength automatic microprocessor based polarimeter. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the agency not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the agency.
