- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation/synopsis reference number is F1M3E55311A200 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-06 (iv) This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 334220 with 750-employee size standard. This requirement falls under the Nonmanufacturer Rule Class Waivers. (v) Contractors shall submit a lump sum quote including delivery FOB Destination for 1 ea. Multi Tactical Secure Radio. (vi) Radio Set, Multiband with Ancillary Items (An/PRC-117F Advanced Multiband Multimission Tactical Radio System- Manpack). MFR: Harris RF Part No. RT-1796-MP108 ?or equal? items will need a picture with description/specifications. (vii) Delivered within 30 calendar days of award.
