- The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) (iii). This announcement closes at 10:30 PM (EST) on 20 December 2005. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, any quotation received within five (5) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The solicitation number is FA8601-06-T-0038, North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 811219, Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code 7629 (size standard $6.5M). Due to its proprietary disposition, the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(i). The proposed source is King Nutronics Corporation, Woodland Hills, California. The items being procured are: Repair King Nutronics Air Data Calibration Model 3682, Serial 9003, ID #A088055. Repair includes parts, standard repair charge, and calibration.
