- The Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ) intend to acquire Armed Guard Service for its facility located in Gulfport Mississippi. This solicitation will be 100% small business set-aside. A firm fixed priced commercial item contract is contemplated. The solicitation 010-M-APHIS-06 is to be affixed to all documents submitted in reference to the solicitation. The Solicitation and specifications will be made available electronically at this website only.
