- CABLE ASSEMBLY, SPECIAL PURPOSE, HOWELL INSTRUMENTS, CAGE: 98869, P/N: BH25258. This solicitation will result in the award of a firm-fixed price supply contract for a quantity of 40 each with a 100% option. Inspection/ Acceptance is destination FOB Destination Shipping location is DDSP New Cumberland, PA Deliver within 126 days ARO. Anticipated Award date: 60-90 days after closing date. Technical Data Package Availability: DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered.
