- This synopsis is amended to include the following information: There is an AMENDMENT 0001 to the solicitation SP0100-06-Q-4013. As stated on the original synopsis AMENDMENTS ARE NOT available via the procurement gateway. In order to receive a copy of the amendment to this solicitation you must E-MAIL the Contract Specialist, listed below under Point of Contact, with the name and address of prospective offeror, a point of contact, and a phone, email and fax number. Please reference the solicitation number in all e-mail correspondence. This buy will be solicited as Small Purchase, Total Small Business Set-Aside. This will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. The item is Trousers, Men?s, Coast Guard, Blue shade 3362. The applicable NSN for this procurement is 8405-01-113-3457(s). The military specification is MIL-T-87047A dated 01/20/87 and the pattern date is 06/26/90. The purchase quantity is 7,110 each. The delivery quantity is spread over three (3) delivery increments. The first delivery is due 120 days after the date of award. The destination is DDSP New Cumberland Facility, Building Mission Door 113-134, New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002. All materials used in the fabrication of the end item are to be furnished by the contractor with the exception of the basic fabric, which will be provided as Government Furnished Material (GFM). The GFM material is Cloth, Poly/Wool, Serge, CG shade 3362, 11.3 oz 60?wide, Type III, Class 3, CG Shade 3362, Mothproof Sponged. Reference Numbered Notes 1, 9, and 26. Availability of solicitations, FAR 5.102(d) applies, as our office no longer issues solicitations in paper form. Offeror should register to receive notification of this solicitation.
