General Services Administration, Public Building Service (PBS), Western Service Center (10PM1), Jackson Federal Building, Rm 390, 915 2nd Avenue, Seattle, WA 98174. General Services Administration seeks to lease 8,100 useable square feet of ?Class A? office and related use space located in the Seattle Central Business District. Delineated area within the Central Business District is: North ? Stewart Street; West ? First Avenue; South ? Cherry Street; East ? Interstate 5. This space along with 17 structured parking stalls (garage access height minimum of 6?8?) will be used to house a US Government Agency for a term of 10 years. Occupancy is required by September 1, 2006. The building must meet GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards, Seismic Standards and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. All services, supplies, utilities and tenant improvements must be provided in consideration of rent to be paid. Interested parties should submit locations for inspection in writing to this office no later than January 7, 2006.
