Description: VISN 3 Network & Logistics Program has a requirement for a contractor or contractors to furnish bread and related products to five (5) Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Centers located at Montrose, NY 10548, Castle Point, NY 12511, Northport, NY 11768, East Orange, NJ 07018, and Lyons, NJ 07939. Performance shall be in accordance with specifications, terms and conditions of solicitation 10N3-053-06. Period of performance will be from February 1, 2006 through September 30, 2006 with an one year option to extend the term of the contract. Due date for quotation is January 9, 2006 3:30PM. No faxed quotation will be accepted.
