Description

St. Joe Ranger District, Avery Office, Shoshone County, Idaho. Project is for the relocation of the existing concrete box channel beneath the Avery Work Center buildings (bunkhouses & recreation center) and replacement of the existing buried CMP channel from the compound buildings to the outlet located at Avery street below. The replacement drainage structure will be a 48-inch reinforced concrete pipe structure with manhole assemblies and an underdrain system. The work includes, construction staking, several removal of structures work items, a new and larger concrete intake structure, a concrete outlet structure connected to the existing concrete open box channel, replacement and enlargement of the roadway stream culvert structure on the Dunne Peak Road No. 1934 immediately above the intake structure, stream diversion, erosion controls, topsoil preservation and replacement, drainage improvements, riprap, pavement, guardrail removal and replacement, seeding and mulching and other incidental items necessary to complete the project in accordance with the plans and specifications. Estimated start work of July 1, 2006 with completion by October 15, 2006.
