Platinum Sponsor includes: 1) Four Full Conference Registration; 2) One Booth at Trade Fair; 3) Full page Black & White Ad in Conference Program; 4) Banner Display at Sponsored Activity; 5) Speaking Opportunity at Podium sponsored activity; 6) Opportunity to provide branded attendee gift for event tote bags; 7) Seat at VIP Table at General Session; 8) Reserved table for company attendees at sponsored activity; 9) Company Name on Power Point sponsor marquee in general sessions; 10) Company name listed as sponsor in conference program; 11) Recognition of sponsorship on the NCAIED website; 12) Recognition of sponsorship on RES brochures. This procurement is being conducted under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1, for Other than Full and Open Competition and FAR Part 12, Commercial Items. The Government believes only one responsible source can provide the service that will satisfy the agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation (RFQ) for competitive quotes. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to redmon.iris@epa.gov not later than 2:00 p.m. local time on December 29, 2005. Such capabilities and qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. However, all responses received on or before December 29, 2005 will be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
