- Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) intends to add 16 military-unique sole source part numbered items to an existing corporate contract where DRS Flight Safety (Cage 36452) is the only approved source of supply for each NSN. This action will not include any items that have a competitive data package. A list of the NSNs can be obtained from Kim.Henderson@dla.mil. Alternate offers must submit a complete technical data package for each NSN for review by the Engineering Support Activity. See Numbered Note(s) 22.
