- December 6, 2005 Amendment No. 1 for RFQ 1435-01-06-RFQ-39532 is hereby issued to provide responses to questions asked regarding RFQ 39532 and to correct the response date of the original Announcement. The following responses are being provided to questions asked regarding the RFQ for Carpet Cleaning Services Question: What is the current or previous bid for Solicitation No. 39532? Answer: The total contract award amount for the previous effort is $24,412.50 Question: Regarding the frequency, do you want a total of 6 cleanings per year or the two full cleanings will encompass two of the common area cleanings for a total of 4 cleanings per year? Answer: A total of 6 cleanings a year will be required: 2 full carpet cleanings and 4 common area cleanings. Carpets will be cleaned every 2 months with the full cleanings at the first of the year and mid-year, and the 4 common area cleanings in between. The Response Date is changed: NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (07-DEC-2005); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
