- The U.S. Army RDECOM Acquisition Center, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD has a requirement to obtain M16 magazine cartridges to support the U.S. Army Security Assistance Commands (USASACs) Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program. A commercial items, firm , fixed-price contract is anticipated. Solicitation number W91CRB-05-T-0015 will be posted to the following Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website on or about 23 Nov 04: https://acquisition.army.mil/. Click on Contracting Opportunities Search, then search for the solicitation number, without dashes or spaces. Click on the link to the solicitation. At the bottom of the next page, click on the link to Attachments. Download the solicitation as a MS Word attachment. Difficulties accessing the ASFI websi te should be directed to the ASFI team via e-mail at ASFI@redstone.army.mil. The estimated solicitation closing date is 15 Dec 04.
